July Update

July update

The wet weather has made our peas grow strong and sweet - we've been eating them and taking some home to share with our families.  The cooks in the kitchen are going to make a lovely meal with the broad beans we've grown.

We've been planting wild flowers and doing art work in the wild garden.

  The school gardens are entered for the Richard Graham youth enterprise award (part of the Yorkshire in Bloom competition).  We had a special tidy up before the judge visited early in July.  Matt Harrow and Stacey McCarthy are showing him round.
