Have you seen something
'blooming marvellous'
today?
What did you see that caused you to stop in wonder on your way to the shops or work this morning? Maybe it was something in a flower bed that chose to burst freshly into bloom (we do hope that you look at the results of our efforts!), or perhaps it was sunlight glinting on the water at Fielden Wharf,
All these things point to the fact that we are improving our environment, not only for ourselves, but for the flora and fauna that we want to encourage. How much brighter it makes our lives.
While we're on the subject of improving our environment, we hope that you've not only noticed your Bloom team in organised tidying gangs around the town, but that YOU volunteered to join us! Even if you have just ten minutes to spare, you will be handed a high-visibility jacket with our smart logo, a litter-picker and a green bag, and you'll be more than welcome! We really need to all get into the habit of not only getting our town spanking clean, but keeping it that way!
LITTLE WAYS IN WHICH YOU CAN HELP A LITTLE, WHICH HELP A LOT!
